Returns and Exchanges

If you are not completely satisfied with your item(s) or have the wrong size, please contact us at [email protected] within 14 days of receiving your items. Returned items must be in new condition, unworn or showing no damage. 

Please include your name, email address and order number in your email. Please contact us before sending your item back to us.

Upon receiving your items, we will issue you a refund or exchange. We do not offer refunds for a change of mind.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping costs are paid by the customer. All return items must be sent back to us with tracking. 

‘Lost & Found’ and sale items are sold as is and can not be returned.

The additional shipping costs involved in exchanging items are not cover by The Library Store. We do not supply return labels. Please provide a courier bag, to be returned to you, with your address on when you return your goods. The Library Store can not be held responsible for any lost or undelivered returns; so we recommend that you ship your return with a reliable, tracked service to ensure our receipt of the item.

The responsibility of the item remains with the purchaser until the item is received by us. We do not accept responsibility for packages that are not shipped by The Library Store.

Faulty or damaged items

We inspect all products before they are sent out, in the hope that faulty items never make it into your hands. However, if you have received a faulty or damaged item, please contact us at [email protected] with a photo attached.


Upon receiving your returned item(s) in new condition, you will be refunded on your original payment method. Please note it can sometimes take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

We process refunds Tuesdays and Fridays.
