We process, package and send out orders every Tuesday and Friday from Tāmaki Makaurau Auckland. It might not be the quickest turnaround time, but we will get your order to you!

Aotearoa New Zealand

We send orders through NZ Post with tracking.

$9 flat shipping rate, $15 for Rural.

Unfortunately, we do not send to PO Boxes, a physical address is needed.

Once we have fulfilled your order and the courier has picked it up, a tracking number will be sent to you so you can follow its progress.

International

For all our international friends who wish to purchase goods from The Library Store, please email us at [email protected] with full details of your order and delivery details and we will provide you with a quote.

We are not responsible for paying customs duties for international orders. If the value of your purchased products + shipping is over the limits of each country’s customs policy, you may be charged a customs duty. Please look up your customs policies before purchasing the item. We do not reduce the value of the items.

Once the order has left our facility, The Library Store can not be held responsible for any lost, damaged or stolen packages. Any packages that say they are delivered but have not arrived, are deemed to be lost, damaged, or stolen.
